สยามคูโบต้า เปิดตัว “โรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ย” พื้นที่ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาดินและการตรวจคุณภาพดินจากหมอดินอาสาของจังหวัดอุดรธานี ภายใต้โครงการ “คูโบต้า พลิกฟื้นผืนดิน” โดยมีกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และวิสาหกิจชุมชนทำนาห้วยตาดข่า อำเภอหนองวัวซอ จังหวัดอุดรธานี ร่วมสร้างพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ พร้อมดึงผู้เชี่ยวชาญหมอดินอาสา มุ่งถ่ายทอดความรู้สู่เกษตรกรและผู้สนใจ ให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาคุณภาพดินเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของผลผลิตในการเพาะปลูก ต่อยอดสู่การทำเกษตรยั่งยืน ณ วิสาหกิจชุมชนทำนาห้วยตาดข่า อำเภอหนองวัวซอ จังหวัดอุดรธานี
นางวราภรณ์ โอสถาพันธุ์ กรรมการรองผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส บริษัทสยามคูโบต้าคอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด กล่าวถึงการเปิดตัว “โรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ย” จังหวัดอุดรธานีว่า “ภาคการเกษตรถือเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญของชีวิต เพราะหนึ่งในปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีมาจากผลิตผลทางการเกษตรที่ปลอดภัยและมีคุณภาพ ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยมีพื้นที่ทางการเกษตรรวม 147.73 ล้านไร่ หรือร้อยละ 46.7 ของเนื้อที่ทั้งประเทศ ขณะเดียวกันยังต้องเผชิญความท้าทายที่หลากหลาย อาทิ ความเสื่อมโทรมของดิน การปนเปื้อนของสารเคมีจากการใช้ปุ๋ยและสารเคมีที่ทำให้ศักยภาพของดินลดลง เมื่อดินอยู่ในสภาพที่ไม่เอื้อต่อการเจริญเติบโตของพืชจะส่งผลกระทบต่อผลผลิตทางการเกษตร เราจึงต้องให้ความสำคัญกับการทำการเกษตรที่ใส่ใจสิ่งแวดล้อม การนำวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรมาก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ รวมถึงส่งเสริมการฟื้นฟูความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของดิน ผนวกกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีและความรู้ใหม่ ๆ อย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการแก้ปัญหา
“โรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ย” ภายใต้โครงการ “คูโบต้า พลิกฟื้นผืนดิน” จึงเกิดขึ้นบนแนวคิดที่อยากให้เกษตรกร และผู้สนใจทำการเกษตรทุกคนเห็นความสำคัญของดิน เรามุ่งหวังเป็นพื้นที่ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาดินและการตรวจคุณภาพดินซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญสำหรับทุกชีวิตบนโลกรวมถึงการทำเกษตร สยามคูโบต้า จึงได้ร่วมกับ กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน เพื่อพัฒนาจัดการดินเพื่อการเกษตรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้ด้านวิชาการ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การตรวจวิเคราะห์ดิน ผลิตภัณฑ์ พด. และเมล็ดพันธุ์พืชปุ๋ยสด รวมทั้งบุคลากรจากกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน และวิสาหกิจชุมชนทำนาห้วยตาดข่า ที่สยามคูโบต้าเข้าไปร่วมพัฒนาจนเกิดเป็น ศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชนพลังเกษตรสร้างสุขสยามคูโบต้า – ห้วยตาดข่า เมื่อปี 2560 และขยายผลสู่การสร้างโรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ย พร้อมกันนี้ยังมุ่งพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ของเกษตรกรให้ดีขึ้น ภายใต้การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนหรือ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ตามเป้าหมายที่ 15 (Goal 15 : Life on land) ปกป้อง ฟื้นฟู สนับสนุนการใช้ระบบนิเวศ ฟื้นสภาพการเสื่อมโทรมของที่ดิน และหยุดการสูญเสียความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ
ดร. ทวีศักดิ์ ธนเดโชพล อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน กล่าวถึงความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ว่า “การพัฒนาคุณภาพดินเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ไม่สามารถมองข้ามได้ เพราะดินเป็นทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอันเป็นรากฐานของการผลิตทางการเกษตร กรมพัฒนาที่ดินได้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาและจัดการทรัพยากรดินอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่จะเป็นองค์กรอัจฉริยะทางดิน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการใช้ที่ดินอย่างเหมาะสม โดยมุ่งพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมการจัดการดินที่สอดคล้องกับสภาพพื้นที่ พร้อมสร้างศูนย์ข้อมูลอัจฉริยะทางดินเพื่อบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรที่ดินอย่างยั่งยืน รวมถึงพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการที่ดินเชิงรุกผ่านการมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อรักษาสมดุลความเสื่อมโทรมของที่ดินและระบบนิเวศทางการเกษตร ซึ่งการจัดตั้งโรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ย ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของก้าวสำคัญในการบรรลุวิสัยทัศน์นี้เช่นกัน สำหรับกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน เราให้ความร่วมมือในการถ่ายทอดข้อมูลผ่านบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านดิน อาทิ หมอดินอาสา เพื่อรองรับผู้ที่สนใจในการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับดินและปุ๋ย ในรูปแบบของการเรียนทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ รวมถึงการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยในการตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพดิน ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ จะเป็นการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของเกษตรกรและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำเกษตรกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน และต่อยอดในชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ”
นายฉัตรเชาวสิโรตม์ ยอดคีรี ประธานวิสาหกิจชุมชนทำนาห้วยตาดข่า และประธานศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชนพลังเกษตรสร้างสุขสยามคูโบต้า – ห้วยตาดข่า กล่าวถึงการสานต่อโครงการนี้ว่า “วิสาหกิจชุมชนทำนาห้วยตาดข่า มุ่งให้ความสำคัญกับการดูแลดินตลอดมา เพราะเรามองว่า ดินกับการทำเกษตรเป็นของคู่กัน แต่ในอดีตที่ผ่านมาเกษตรกรต้องใช้เวลาทำความเข้าใจเรื่องดิน แม้จะได้รับการให้ความรู้ทั้งเรื่องธาตุอาหารในดิน การปรับปรุงดิน การเตรียมดิน แต่ในการปฏิบัติจริงเกษตรกรมักวัดเอาจากประสบการณ์ตามความเคยชิน ในช่วง 2-3 ปี ที่ผ่านมา กลุ่มวิสาหกิจฯ และเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ได้เข้าอบรมองค์ความรู้เรื่องปุ๋ยทำให้เรามีวิธีการจัดการดินที่ดีขึ้น ซึ่งการก่อตั้งโรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ยจะช่วยให้เกิดเป็นพื้นที่ให้ความรู้ได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ตลอดจนให้บริการตรวจดินและปุ๋ยจากหมอดินอาสาของชุมชนที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญที่คอยให้คำแนะนำอย่างใกล้ชิด ช่วยให้เกษตรกรได้เข้าใจสภาพดินในพื้นที่การเกษตรของตนเอง และสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับเกี่ยวกับธาตุอาหารในดิน การใส่ปุ๋ยในสูตรหรือปริมาณที่เหมาะสมต่อการเจริญเติบโตของพืชแต่ละชนิด นำไปปรับใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะสม อีกทั้งสร้างโอกาสในการต่อยอดความรู้ให้แก่ชุมชนข้างเคียงได้ ขณะเดียวกันยังช่วยเพิ่มรายได้ให้เกษตรกรจากการทำปุ๋ยสั่งตัดด้วย
นอกจากนี้ คณะทำงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนฯ ที่มีความรู้เรื่องดินจะมาช่วยกันต่อยอดบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ย พร้อมรองรับผู้สนใจเข้าศึกษาดูงานโดยเน้นการปฏิบัติจริงผ่านกิจกรรมต่างๆ ภายในโรงเรียน ซึ่งเราเชื่อว่าเมื่อเกษตรกรรู้ดิน รู้พืช ก็จะรู้การจัดการที่ดี ทำให้สามารถใช้ทรัพยากรดินได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และส่งผลต่อผลผลิตที่ดีต่อไป สำหรับแผนงานต่อไปของโรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ย เราจะดำเนินการประชาสัมพันธ์ไปยังหน่วยงานราชการท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่ของชุมชนและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง ตลอดจนขยายผลให้เกษตรกรและผู้สนใจสามารถเพิ่มเติมองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้เครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรได้ด้วย เราหวังให้โรงเรียนแห่งนี้เป็นพื้นที่ให้เกษตรกรทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงได้และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด เพราะรายได้จากการทำเกษตรกรรมต้องเริ่มต้นจากดินที่ดี” ประธานวิสาหกิจฯ กล่าว
“สยามคูโบต้าเชื่อว่า เมื่อดินดี ผลผลิตดี คุณภาพชีวิตดีแล้ว จะช่วยให้การทำเกษตรมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น และเราจะสามารถสร้างระบบนิเวศที่สมบูรณ์ ตลอดจนความยั่งยืนในภาคการเกษตร อยากให้ทุกคนที่เข้ามาสัมผัสโรงเรียนแห่งนี้ ได้เรียนรู้การปรับปรุงบำรุงดิน การตรวจวิเคราะห์ดินกับหมอดินอาสา เพราะเราอยากให้โรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ยแห่งนี้ สามารถมอบประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ชุมชนและเกษตรกร จนเกิดการต่อยอดในพื้นที่ของตนเอง ซึ่งแผนการต่อยอดในอนาคตสยามคูโบต้าเตรียมก่อตั้งโรงเรียนดินและปุ๋ย แห่งที่ 2 ณ วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มผู้ปลูกข้าวหอมมะลิหนองผักบุ้งพัฒนา จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ในปีนี้ และมุ่งมั่นจะสร้างการขยายผลในชุมชนที่สยามคูโบต้าให้การสนับสนุนต่อไป” นางวราภรณ์ กล่าวทิ้งท้าย

Siam Kubota Launches Soil and Fertilizer School in Udon Thani Province Engage volunteer soil doctors to help restore the soil, transfer knowledge to farmers, and develop sustainable agriculture.
Siam Kubota launched the Soil and Fertilizer School”, a place to share knowledge on soil development and soil quality testing from volunteer soil doctors of Udon Thani Province under the “ Kubota Revitalizes the Land ” project . The Department of Land Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and the Huai Tad Kha Rice Farming Community Enterprise, Nong Wua So District, Udon Thani Province jointly created a learning area and invited volunteer soil doctor experts to share knowledge with farmers and interested persons to realize the importance of soil quality development to increase the efficiency of crop production and extend to sustainable agriculture at the Huai Tad Kha Rice Farming Community Enterprise, Nong Wua So District, Udon Thani Province.
Mrs. Waraporn Osathaphan, Senior Executive Vice President of Siam Kubota Corporation Co., Ltd., said about the launch of the “ Soil and Fertilizer School ” in Udon Thani Province that “ The agricultural sector is considered an important foundation of life because one of the factors for good quality of life comes from safe and quality agricultural products . Currently, Thailand has a total agricultural area of 147.73 million rai or 46.7 percent of the country’s total area. At the same time, we still have to face various challenges, such as soil degradation, chemical contamination from the use of fertilizers and chemicals that reduce the potential of the soil. “Soil and Fertilizer School” under the “Kubota Revitalizes the Land” project was born from the idea that we want farmers and all those interested in agriculture to see the importance of soil. We aim to be a place to share knowledge on soil development and soil quality testing, which are important foundations for all life on earth, including agriculture. Siam Kubota has collaborated with the Land Development Department to develop and manage soil for agriculture effectively, whether it is supporting knowledge in academics, information technology, soil analysis, PDRC products, and green manure seeds, as well as personnel from the Land Development Department and the Huai Tad Kha Rice Farming Community Enterprise, which Siam Kubota has joined in developing until it became the Siam Kubota – Huai Tad Kha Agricultural Power Community Learning Center in 2017 and expanded to establish the Soil and Fertilizer School . At the same time, we aim to improve the quality of life and livelihood of farmers under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) according to Goal 15 (Goal 15: Life on land) , protecting, restoring, and supporting the use of ecosystems, restoring land degradation, and stopping the loss of biodiversity.
Dr. Thaweesak Thanadechopol, Director-General of the Land Development Department He said about this cooperation that “ Soil quality development is an important thing that cannot be overlooked because soil is a natural resource that is the foundation of agricultural production. The Land Development Department plays an important role in developing and managing soil resources sustainably. The vision is to be a soil smart organization to drive appropriate land use by focusing on developing soil management technology and innovations that are consistent with the area’s conditions. It also creates a soil smart information center to manage land resources sustainably, including developing a proactive land management system through participation to maintain the balance of land degradation and agricultural ecosystems. The establishment of the Soil and Fertilizer School is also an important step in achieving this vision. For the Land Development Department, we cooperate in transferring information through personnel with soil expertise, such as volunteer soil doctors, to support those interested in learning about soil and fertilizers in the form of theoretical and practical learning, including the use of modern technology to analyze soil quality. This cooperation will enhance farmers’ potential and increase efficiency in sustainable agriculture and effectively expand the community. ”
Mr. Chatchaowsirote Yodkiri, President of Huai Tad Kha Rice Farming Community Enterprise and President of Siam Kubota – Huai Tad Kha Agricultural Power Community Learning Center , said about the continuation of this project that “ The Huai Tad Kha Rice Farming Community Enterprise has always focused on soil care because we believe that soil and agriculture go hand in hand. But in the past, farmers had to spend time understanding soil. Even though they received knowledge about soil nutrients, soil improvement, and soil preparation, in actual practice, farmers often measured their experience based on their habits. In the past 2-3 years, the enterprise group And farmers in the area have been trained in fertilizer knowledge, which has given us better methods of soil management. Establishing the Soil and Fertilizer School will help create a space for providing knowledge in a tangible way, as well as providing soil and fertilizer testing services from volunteer soil doctors in the community who have expertise and provide close advice. This helps farmers understand the soil conditions in their agricultural areas and can apply the knowledge they have gained about nutrients in the soil, fertilizing in formulas or amounts that are appropriate for the growth of each type of plant, appropriately. It also creates opportunities to extend knowledge to neighboring communities, while also increasing farmers’ income from making custom-made fertilizers.
In addition, the working group of the community enterprise who has knowledge of soil will help develop the management of the Soil and Fertilizer School and support those interested in studying and observing the work by emphasizing practical work through various activities within the school. We believe that when farmers know about soil and plants, they will know how to manage well, enabling them to use soil resources efficiently and resulting in better yields. For the next plan of the Soil and Fertilizer School, we will conduct public relations to local government agencies in the community and nearby areas, as well as expand the results so that farmers and interested persons can gain more knowledge about the use of agricultural machinery and agricultural technology. We hope that this school will be a place where all farmers can access and gain the most benefit, because income from agriculture must start from good soil.” The chairman of the enterprise said
