Sirimahannop Unveils “Romantic Dinner by the River” a Sparkling Six-Course Culinary Journey
Sirimahannop, the reimagined Thai tall ship and refined dining destination on Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River, is inviting couples to step aboard and experience a “Romantic Dinner by the River” – a sublime six-course sharing menu which is sure to stimulate the senses and strengthen the bonds of love and affection.
Having shared a moment of serenity as the sun sets over the “River of Kings,” guests can settle down at their private table and savor a glass of sparkling wine. The culinary journey then commences with a Half Dozen Oysters, freshly shucked and served with lemon, seafood sauce, and pineapple mignonette, followed by another vibrant seafood dish: Sea Bass Tartare with avocado, green apple, kaffir lime, and pomelo.
Reflecting Sirimahannop’s historic voyages between Thailand and Europe, couples will be treated to a Scandinavian-style plate of Tea Smoked Duck Breast with salt-baked beets, cream cheese mousse, baby spinach, hazelnuts, and berry compote, and an Italian-inspired dish of Tiger Prawn Linguine with salmon roe, and lemon-dill cream sauce.
The mouth-watering main course presents succulent Beef Short Rib, accompanied with cauliflower purée, king oyster mushroom, broccolini, mushroom ketchup, and an “East meets West” five-spice red wine jus. The epicurean adventure then concludes with a tropical Mango Cheesecake with mango sauce and mango jelly.
