เป้าหมายของการเปิดตัว Art Investment Center (AIC) เปิดเผยโดย ดร.ดอยธิเบศร์ ดัชนี CEO & Founder Art Investment Center ว่า ต้องการแก้ทุก Painpoint และสารพัดปัญหาที่ไม่เคยมีทางออก เช่น สนใจสะสมงานศิลปะ แต่ไม่รู้จะเริ่มต้นอย่างไร, จะซื้อจากที่ไหน ถึงอุ่นใจว่าได้ของแท้ หรือซื้อไปแล้วจะมีอนาคตหรือไม่ หรือบางคนได้รับของสะสมที่มีมูลค่าเป็นมรดกตกทอด ก็ไม่รู้ว่าจะบริหารจัดการอย่างไร “มาร่วมกันเปลี่ยนโลกใบเก่า ด้วยการสร้างระบบนิเวศใหม่” เพื่อเป็น “ต้นแบบนวัตกรรมสร้างสรรค์เพื่อสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน” ผ่าน 6 บริการหลัก ได้แก่ 1.ซื้อ 2.ขาย 3.แลกเปลี่ยน 4.ให้เช่า 5.บริจาค และ 6.สินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล (Digital Asset)

ในส่วนของการขาย ทุกผลงานที่เข้ามาอยู่ในแพลตฟอร์ม AIC ตั้งใจให้เป็นเหมือนศูนย์กลางในการรวมตัวของนักสะสมและนักลงทุนจากทั่วทุกมุมโลก จะถูกหักรายได้ 35% โดย 5% จะนำไปบริจาค 10% นำไปแบ่งให้พันธมิตรทั้งองคาพยพ ส่วนอีก 20% จะถูกใช้เป็นค่าบริหารจัดการแพลตฟอร์ม ในส่วนของการบริจาค AIC คิกออฟด้วยการจับมือกับมูลนิธิรามาธิบดีฯ เป็นแพลตฟอร์มกลางสำหรับให้ผู้ที่ประสงค์จะบริจาคผลงานศิลปะหรือของสะสม โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย หรือ สำหรับใครที่อยากนำผลงานศิลปะหรือของสะสมที่มีมาปล่อยเช่าหรือแลกเปลี่ยนผ่านแพลตฟอร์มก็สามารถทำได้เช่นกัน ในส่วนของ Digital Asset หรือ การลงทุนรูปแบบใหม่ในทรัพย์สินดิจิทัล ในอนาคต AIC มีแผนจะร่วมมือกับธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ และ โทเคน เอกซ์ เพื่อต่อยอดนวัตกรรมการลงทุนด้านศิลปะให้ก้าวไปอีกขั้น”
ดร.ดอยธิเบศร์ ยังกล่าวด้วยว่า หลังจากเปิดตัวแพลตฟอร์มอย่างเป็นทางการ ในช่วงแรก จะยังเปิดให้เฉพาะผู้ที่ได้รับเชิญเข้ามาใช้งานเท่านั้น เพราะต้องการคัดกรองผู้ที่เข้ามาอยู่ในแพลตฟอร์ม โดยผลงานที่จะมาอยู่บนแพลตฟอร์มนั้น คัดเฉพาะชิ้นคุณภาพที่ดีที่สุดเท่านั้น
“เราไม่ต้องการให้ AIC เป็นตลาดนัดศิลปะ เพราะจะทำให้ผู้ใช้บริการขาดความเชื่อมั่น เราต้องการสร้างมิติใหม่ให้วงการ เพราะแม้ผมเองจะเปลี่ยนโลกใบเก่าไม่ได้ แต่เราสามารถสร้างระบบนิเวศใหม่ในโลกใบเก่าได้ ด้วยการร่วมกับพันธมิตรจากทุกภาคส่วน ในการยกระดับโลกการลงทุนด้านศิลปะและของสะสม พร้อมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้เหล่านักสะสมและนักลงทุนจากทั่วโลก ให้เข้ามาชื่นชมและเห็นคุณค่าของผลงานคนไทย”
ทั้งนี้ ดร.ดอยธิเบศร์ ยกตัวอย่าง การเข้ามายกระดับมายกระดับโลกการลงทุนว่า ในอดีต ศิลปินอยู่ในโลกออฟไลน์ ใช้วิธีหาสถานที่จัดงาน เพื่อแสดงผลงานและขาย แต่พอมีแพลตฟอร์มที่เป็นทางการแบบ AIC จะช่วยเชื่อมโลกออฟไลน์และออนไลน์เข้าด้วยกัน โดยหลังจากงานนิทรรศการจบ ยังไปเจอกันบนโลกออนไลน์ได้ต่อ หรืออาจนำไปสู่การเชื่อมต่อกับเครือข่าย
“ยกตัวอย่างว่าถ้ามีนักลงทุนสนใจลงทุนในงานศิลปะ แต่ไม่รู้จักศิลปินเลย ด้วยเครือข่ายที่เรามี จะเข้ามาเชื่อมต่อ นักลงทุนกับศิลปิน ถ้านักลงทุนซื้อภาพตอนนี้ ภาพละ 1 แสน แล้วอีก 3 เดือนศิลปินจัดแสดงงานแล้วขายที่ 1.5 แสน เท่ากับว่า ถ้าลงทุนวันนี้ อีก 3 เดือน กำไรรูปละ 5 แสนบาท อย่างไรก็ตาม การลงทุนมีความเสี่ยง ถ้าสมมติรูปที่ซื้อมาขายไม่หมด ก็ต้องรับความเสี่ยงไป แต่อย่างน้อย หากลงทุน 1 ล้านบาทซื้อมา 10 รูป ขายได้ 7 รูป อีก 3 รูป ก็ยังสามารถใช้แพลตฟอร์ม AIC เอาไปแลกเปลี่ยนหรือเช่าได้ หรือ อย่างโรงแรม ร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ ที่มองหาผลงานศิลปะไปตกแต่ง เราอาจจะพัฒนาไปสู่การทำ Live Gallery นำผลงานศิลปะของเครือข่ายศิลปินที่เรามีมาให้เลือก ได้ผลงานที่ถูกใจเอาไปจัดแสดง ถ้าผลงานชิ้นนั้นขายได้ เราหัก 10% ให้เจ้าของโรงแรม หรือร้านอาหาร วิน-วิน กันทุกฝ่าย หรือ ในอนาคต สำหรับผลงานศิลปะที่ราคาสูงมากๆ เป็นเจ้าของคนเดียวไม่ไหว อาจจะต่อยอดไปสู่ในรูปแบบสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล ที่เป็นเจ้าของร่วมกัน พอขายได้ ก็นำกำไรมาแบ่งกัน เป็นต้น”

“ในช่วง 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา จะเห็นว่าดีมานด์ของนักสะสมเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปี ปัจจัยหลักมาจาก ระบบแกลอรี่ที่เข้มแข็งขึ้น มีการจัดนิทรรศการและส่งเสริมศิลปินให้มีการพัฒนาผลงาน ออกคอลลเลกชันที่ทรงพลังมากขึ้น ทำให้วงการศิลปะและของสะสมขยายวงกว้างมากขึ้น ถัดมาคือ อานิสงค์จากการขยายตัวของกลุ่ม ART TOY ที่ไม่ได้จำกัดแค่ในหมู่สะสม แต่ขยายฐานนักสะสมให้กว้างขึ้น สุดท้ายคือความนิยมในการลงทุนงานศิลปะและของสะสมที่เพิ่มขึ้น นอกจากการลงทุนในหุ้น อสังหาฯ

Dr. Doitibet gave an example of upgrading the investment world, saying that in the past, artists were in the offline world, using the method of finding a venue to hold events to display and sell their work. But when there is a formal platform like AIC , it will help connect the offline and online worlds. After the exhibition is over, they can still meet online or may lead to connections to networks.
“For example, if there is an investor interested in investing in art but does not know any artists, with our network, we will connect investors with artists. If investors buy a picture now for 100,000 baht, and 3 months later the artist exhibits and sells it for 150,000 baht, that means if you invest today, in 3 months you will make a profit of 500,000 baht per picture. However, there is a risk involved in investing. If you assume that the pictures you buy are not sold, you have to accept the risk. But at least if you invest 1 million baht and buy 10 pictures, and sell 7 of them , you can still use the AIC platform to exchange or rent the other 3 pictures . Or, for hotels, restaurants, and cafes that are looking for artwork to decorate their homes, we may develop it into a Live Gallery , bringing artwork from our network of artists to choose from. If you like the artwork, you can exhibit it. If the artwork sells, we will deduct 10 % for the hotel or restaurant owner. It is a win-win situation for all parties. Or in the future, for artwork that is very expensive and cannot be owned by one person, we may develop it into a form of digital assets that are jointly owned. When it is sold, the profits can be shared, etc.”
Mr. Sermkhun Kunawong, founder and chairman of Art Tank Group Co., Ltd., sees the AIC platform as another force in helping to strengthen the ecosystem of the Thai art market as a central market that connects buyers and sellers. Importantly, it is not limited to the domestic market, but also connects foreign investors to own Thai works by building confidence in buyers through certification. In the past, online trading may not have had a clear organization or system, and it was trading via social media channels.
“In the past 5 years, we have seen that the demand from collectors has increased every year.
