“เคทีซี” หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ผู้นำธุรกิจสินเชื่อเพื่อผู้บริโภค ได้รับการจัดอันดับให้เป็นหนึ่งใน Fortune Southeast Asia 500 ฉบับปฐมฤกษ์ ซึ่งเป็นการจัดอันดับบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ครั้งแรก โดยนิตยสารฟอร์จูน (Fortune) พิจารณาจากรายได้ของบริษัทในงบการเงินปี 2566
นางรจนา อุษยาพร ผู้บริหารสูงสุดสายงานบัญชีและการเงิน “เคทีซี” หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เผยว่า “ในปีนี้นับเป็นเรื่องน่ายินดีที่นิตยสาร Fortune (ฟอร์จูน) สื่อธุรกิจที่ได้รับความเชื่อถือมากที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งของโลก ได้จัดอันดับบริษัทในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้เป็นครั้งแรกในปี 2567 “Fortune Southeast Asia 500” โดยเคทีซีติดอันดับที่ 352 ใน 500 บริษัทในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ จากการจัดอันดับตามรายได้ในปี 2566 โดยข้อมูล ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2566 เคทีซีมีรายได้ 730.9 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ เติบโตจากช่วงเดียวกันของปี 2565 เท่ากับ 9.9% โดยมีกำไร 209.8 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ (เติบโต 3.5%) และมีสินทรัพย์ 3,284 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ด้วยจำนวนพนักงานเคทีซี 1,649 คน และมีมูลค่าการตลาด (Market Value) ณ วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2567 เท่ากับ 2,990 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ”

การจัดอันดับ “Fortune Southeast Asia 500” จัดทำขึ้นครั้งแรกในปี 2567 โดยนิตยสาร Fortune เพื่อเผยแพร่รายชื่อ 500 บริษัทที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ เนื่องจากภูมิภาคนี้มีความสำคัญมากขึ้นในเศรษฐกิจโลก โดยบริษัทข้ามชาติที่ติดอันดับ Global 500 ได้ย้ายห่วงโซ่อุปทานการผลิตมายังประเทศในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้มากขึ้น และเป็นภูมิภาคที่มีพัฒนาการระบบเศรษฐกิจเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว
KTC Makes Fortune Southeast Asia 500 List by Revenue Ranking in 2023
“KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, a leader in the consumer finance business, has been named in the inaugural edition of the Fortune Southeast Asia 500. This is the first-ever ranking of the largest companies in Southeast Asia by Fortune magazine, based on the company’s income for the fiscal year 2023.

As of December 31, 2023, KTC reported a revenue of 730.9 million USD, reflecting a growth of 9.9% year-over-year. The company also achieved a profit of 209.8 million USD, representing a growth of 3.5%, and held assets worth 3,284 million USD. KTC employs 1,649 employees with a market value of 2,990 million USD as of May 1, 2024.”

The “Fortune Southeast Asia 500” ranking was launched in 2024 by Fortune magazine to publish a list of the 500 largest companies in Southeast Asia. This initiative highlights the region’s increasing significance in the global economy. Many Global 500 multinationals have relocated their production supply chains to Southeast Asian countries, contributing to the region’s rapidly growing economic system.
