NETA has announced the launch of the NETA X, an SUV-style electric vehicle that will add to its product lineup in Thailand. The spacious cabin features 80% soft padding, a large 15.6-inch touchscreen with cutting-edge technology, and smart functionality. Driving with confidence thanks to the ADAS 2.0 driver assistance system and comprehensive safety features. There are two sub-models to choose from, with prices starting at 739,000 baht and special offers only available during the launch period, and customers will be able to receive the cars starting in early August 2024.
Mr. Shu Gangzhi, General Manager of NETA Auto (Thailand) Company Limited revealed at the product launch conference that NETA is committed to fulfilling its mission of providing accessible and innovative electric vehicles to all people, in line with its philosophy of “Tech For All.” The company has announced the introduction of the “NETA X,” an SUV-style electric vehicle, to strengthen its product lineup in Thailand. The NETA X is the second model launched this year, following the introduction of the NETA V-II, a city car-style electric vehicle launched earlier in March. Therefore, NETA now offers two styles of electric vehicles to choose from, contributing to the domestic EV industry’s growth. NETA intends to launch new models of electric vehicles equipped with cutting-edge technology into the market each year.

The NETA X was designed under the concept and slogan “NETA X: Experience Tech with EV”.The spacious and comfortable cabin with state-of-the-art technology provides confidence in driving with ADAS 2.0 driver assistance systems and the installation of complete safety systems. The NETA X comes with a high-efficiency electric motor transmission. The maximum output of 120 kW (163 hp) enables acceleration from 0 – 100 km/h in just 9.5 seconds. The NETA X is available in two variants: the NETA X Comfort model with a 51.8 kWh lithium-ion battery for a maximum range of 401 kilometers on a full charge (NEDC standard), available at an attractive price of 739,000 baht and the NETA X Smart model, which is available at 799,000 baht and has a 62-kWh battery for a maximum range of 480 kilometers on a full charge (NEDC standard). The NETA X offers three standard colors: Onyx Black, Glacier Blue, and Pearl White, with two interior trims: Prestige Black for the Comfort model and Elegant Brown for the Smart variant.

The NETA X elevates the safe driving experience even further. The ADAS Level 2.0 driver assistance system includes 11 sensors around the car and radar, which allow driving speed control systems such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Intelligent Cruise Control (ICA), and Low Speed (TJA), as well as lane control such as Lane Departure Warning, a system that alerts the driver when the vehicle deviates from the lane, as well as Lane Change Assist System with Blind Spot Detection, among other features.
