งานวิจัยภายในของ Maxim เผยว่า เวลาเฉลี่ยในการค้นหาที่อยู่ระหว่าง “จุดรับ” และ “จุดส่ง” ลดลงเกือบ 6–9% ขณะที่อัตราการเรียกออเดอร์สำเร็จเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งถือเป็นตัวชี้วัดสำคัญสำหรับบริการของ Maxim ระบบใหม่นี้ช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถค้นหาปลายทางที่มีความซับซ้อน หรือแม้แต่กรณีที่สะกดชื่อผิด ได้อย่างแม่นยำและเชื่อถือได้ ซึ่งก่อนหน้านี้ระบบยังไม่สามารถรองรับได้

Tokenized Search is a type of search where both the search query being indexed are broken down into minimal, meaningful units called tokens. The search is then performed on these tokens.
