นิสสัน ประเทศไทย ประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้บริหารระดับสูงในประเทศไทย ซึ่งมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2568 โดย มาซาโอะ สึสึมิ (Masao Tsutsumi) ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่ง รองประธานอาวุโส นิสสัน ประเทศไทย ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ขึ้นดำรงตำแหน่ง ประธาน นิสสัน ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์, ประจำกรุงมะนิลา
ทาคาอากิ ยานางิ (Takaaki Yanagi) ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการทั่วไป บริษัท อินฟินิตี้ ไชน่า และรองผู้จัดการทั่วไปแผนกพัฒนาธุรกิจ ฝ่ายธุรกิจอินฟินิตี้ บริษัท ตงเฟิง นิสสัน พาสเซนเจอร์ วีฮิเคิล (DFN) ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรองประธานอาวุโส นิสสัน ประเทศไทย แทนมาซาโอะ สึสึมิ โดยจะรับผิดชอบส่วนปฏิบัติการที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับสายการผลิต (การตลาด การขาย บริการหลังการขาย พัฒนาเครือข่ายผู้จำหน่าย พัฒนาคุณภาพและประสบการณ์ลูกค้า ทรัพยากรบุคคลและบริหาร สื่อสารองค์กร ประสานงานภายนอกและรัฐกิจสัมพันธ์ กฎหมาย ข้อมูลการตลาด และ วางแผนองค์กร) โดยจะขึ้นตรงต่อ โทชิฮิโระ ฟูจิกิ ประธาน นิสสัน ประเทศไทย และนิสสัน อาเซียน
ยานางิ มีประสบการณ์กว่า 23 ปีในวงการยานยนต์ในตำแหน่งผู้นำที่สำคัญในประเทศจีน, ฮ่องกง และญี่ปุ่น โดยมีความเชี่ยวชาญในการนำทีมด้านการตลาด, การขาย, การวางแผนผลิตภัณฑ์ และการพัฒนาธุรกิจ เขาเคยดำรงตำแหน่งสำคัญที่ บริษัท อินฟินิตี้ มอเตอร์ จำกัด และ บริษัท นิสสัน มอเตอร์ จำกัด ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ระดับโลก การบริหารวงจรผลิตภัณฑ์ และการผลักดันการฟื้นฟูธุรกิจในตลาดที่มีความท้าทาย
Nissan Announces Senior Management Changes in Thailand
Nissan today announced senior management changes in Thailand, which will be effective from April 1, 2025.
Masao Tsutsumi, currently senior vice president of Nissan Motor Thailand, in charge of non-Monozukuri, will take a new role as president of Nissan Philippines, based in Manila.
Takaaki Yanagi, currently general manager of Infiniti China, Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd., and deputy general manager of total business development, Infiniti Business Unit, Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company (DFN), will succeed Masao Tsutsumi as senior vice president of Nissan Motor Thailand, responsible for non-Monozukuri (Marketing, Sales, Dealer Network Development/Customer Experience and Customer Quality, After Sales, Human Resources and Administration, Communications, External and Government Affairs, Legal, Market Intelligence, and Corporate Planning). He will report to Toshihiro Fujiki, president of ASEAN and Thailand.
Yanagi brings over 23 years of experience as an accomplished automotive executive with leadership roles in China, Hong Kong and Japan. He has a strong background in leading marketing, sales, product planning, and business development. He held key roles at Infiniti Motor Company and Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in global product strategy, lifecycle management, and driving business recovery in challenging markets.
