เทคโนโลยีอี-พาวเวอร์ของนิสสัน ที่ติดตั้งในนิสสัน เซเรน่า อี-พาวเวอร์ ใหม่ ประกอบด้วยชุดขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าสมรรถนะสูง ให้พลังสูงถึง 163 แรงม้า ให้แรงบิด 315 นิวตันเมตร สามารถออกตัวได้เร็ว เร่งแซงได้อย่างทันใจ มั่นใจ โดยไม่ต้องรอรอบ เช่นเดียวกับรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า 100% พร้อมแบตเตอรี่ลิเธียมไอออนขนาด 1.77 kWH ขณะที่ชุดเครื่องยนต์สำหรับสร้างกระแสไฟฟ้า เป็นเครื่องยนต์สันดาปภายในใหม่ รหัส HR14DDe ขนาดความจุ 1.4 ลิตร 3 สูบ แบบหัวฉีดไดเร็กอินเจ็กชั่น รองรับน้ำมัน E10 โดยพัฒนามาสำหรับเทคโนโลยี อี-พาวเวอร์ โดยตรง ให้ประสิทธิภาพสูงในการสร้างกระแสไฟฟ้า นอกจากนี้ยังใช้เทคโนโลยี Mirror Bore Coating ช่วยลดแรงเสียดทาน และลดเสียงจากการสั่นสะเทือน ส่งผลให้เครื่องยนต์เดินได้เรียบ และเงียบมากขึ้น ทำให้การเดินทางที่ราบรื่น นุ่มนวล มีเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอกน้อย และให้ความเงียบในห้องโดยสารเงียบกว่ารถยนต์เครื่องสันดาปภายในแบบเดิม

นิสสัน เซเรน่า อี-พาวเวอร์ ใหม่ มีรูปแบบการขับขี่ 3 โหมดหลัก ได้แก่ Standard mode ที่ให้ทั้งความแรงและประหยัด, Sport mode ที่เน้นการตอบสนองรวดเร็ว ขับสนุกสไตล์สปอร์ต และ Eco Mode ที่เน้นการประหยัดพลังงาน ให้การขับขี่นุ่มนวล โดยมี ฟังก์ชัน B ที่เพิ่มแรงหน่วง หรือ ช่วยเบรก และเพิ่มการฟื้นฟูพลังงาน หรือ Regenerative รวมถึง EV mode ที่สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนให้รถขับเคลื่อนด้วยพลังงานไฟฟ้าที่เหลือภายในแบตเตอรี่ โดยเครื่องยนต์จะไม่ทำงานจนกระทั่งแบตเตอรี่อยู่ในระดับต่ำ สัมผัสถึงความเงียบและอีกขั้นของความประหยัด

The black leather seats in all three rows use a Zero Gravity structure for comfort even on long journeys.
