สำหรับ Café Amazon Concept Store สาขาตวลโก๊ก (Toul Kork) เป็นร้านรูปแบบ Concept Store ร้านแรกในประเทศกัมพูชา โดยใช้แนวคิด People Concept ที่ต้องการให้ Café Amazon ที่ตั้งอยู่ในท้องถิ่นตามพื้นที่ต่างๆ สามารถเป็นตัวแทนบอกเล่าเรื่องราว โดยได้นำไอเดียและความหลากหลายทาง Lifestyle ของคนแต่ละวัย รวมถึงที่ตั้งของร้านมาผสานกับการดำเนินธุรกิจ และออกแบบพื้นที่นั่งหลากหลายรูปแบบเพื่อรองรับทุกกลุ่มลูกค้า ตั้งแต่คนทำงาน นักเรียน นักศึกษา ไปจนถึงครอบครัว
ทั้งนี้ Café Amazon Concept Store จะมีเมนูพิเศษประจำร้านที่แตกต่างกันออกไป โดยจะเป็นเครื่องดื่มแนวผสมผสาน (Fusion) ที่หยิบยกวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นขึ้นมาเป็นจุดเด่น มีเครื่องดื่มสูตรพิเศษ (Signature Menu) ที่นำเอาวัตถุดิบจากชุมชนที่ตั้งของร้านมารังสรรค์เป็นเมนูพิเศษที่มีจำหน่ายเฉพาะสาขานั้นๆ โดย Café Amazon สาขา ตวลโก๊ก (Toul Kork) ได้หยิบเอาวัตถุดิบจากชุมชนที่ตั้งของร้านมารังสรรค์เป็นเมนูพิเศษที่จำหน่ายเฉพาะสาขานี้เท่านั้น ได้แก่ “Komlos Srok Yerng” (กัมเลาะ สรก เยิง) เมนูที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากข้าวต้มมัดกล้วย ซึ่งเป็นขนมประจำงานมงคลของกัมพูชา โดยใช้กาแฟ Amazon House Blend ผสมผสานกับไซรัปกล้วย และท็อปปิ้งด้วยข้าวต้มมัดกล้วย และ “Nary Smai Thmey” (นารี สมัย ทไม) เมนูปั่นที่ใช้ฝรั่งชมพู ซึ่งเป็นผลไม้ขึ้นชื่อของกัมพูชาเป็นส่วนประกอบ โรยด้วยผงบ๊วย ทานแล้วได้ความเปรี้ยวหวานและสดชื่น
ที่นี่ยังมี Concept Bar ให้บริการกาแฟจากเมล็ดคัดพิเศษและเมล็ดกาแฟเฉพาะฤดูกาล จะให้บริการเฉพาะร้านรูปแบบ Concept Store เท่านั้น นอกจากเมนูเครื่องดื่มแล้ว Café Amazon สาขาตวลโก๊ก (Toul Kork) ยังมีบริการอาหารหลากหลาย ตอบโจทย์ต่อผู้ทำงานย่าน Toul Kork ทั้งอาหารพื้นเมือง เช่น Lok Lak (ลกลัก) เนื้อ Bay Sach Chrok (เบ แซค ชุก) อาหารไทย เช่น ผัดไทย ผัดกระเพรา รวมทั้ง Light Meal และเบเกอรี

OR has officially opened its first Café Amazon Concept Store in Cambodia, located in the vibrant Toul Kork business district in Phnom Penh. The store offers a unique experience with its distinctive design and a special menu of beverages and food, carefully crafted for the Cambodian market. Additionally, OR has launched the PTT Station Neak Vorn, a flagship full-service station, right in the heart of Phnom Penh. This expansion strengthens OR’s business presence in Cambodia under the concept of “They Grow – We Grow.”
ML Peekthong Thongyai, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), and Mr. Tull Traisorat, Ambassador of the Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh, attended the grand opening ceremony of the Café Amazon Concept Store in Toul Kork. This marks the first Café Amazon in Cambodia to embrace the concept store format and aims to become a new landmark in Phnom Penh. Additionally, they also participated in the opening of PTT Station Neak Vorn, one of the company’s flagship full-service stations, located in central Phnom Penh. The event was also graced by Mr. Cheap Sour, Secretary of State Ministry of Mines and Energy of Cambodia.

The Café Amazon Concept Store at Toul Kork is the first of its kind in Cambodia, offering a unique experience with location-specific special menus that showcase local culture through fusion beverages. The store’s signature drinks are crafted with ingredients sourced from the surrounding community. For this branch, the special offerings include “Komlos Srok Yerng,” inspired by Cambodia’s traditional banana sticky rice, blending Amazon House Blend coffee with banana syrup, topped with sticky rice and banana; and “Nary Smai Thmey,” a refreshing blended drink made with pink guava, a well-known fruit in Cambodia, and topped with plum powder, delivering a sweet and tangy burst of flavor. Additionally, the Concept Bar serves coffee made from carefully selected beans and seasonal varieties, exclusively available at Concept Store locations. Besides all those, this is also the first Café Amazon in Cambodia to find soft serve. The Toul Kork branch caters to the local community with a wide range of food options, including Cambodian classics like Lok Lak and Bay Sach Chrok, Thai favorites such as Pad Thai and Pad Kra Pao, light meals, and freshly baked goods. The store’s design embodies a “Lifestyle Oasis,” offering a peaceful, nature-inspired environment. The interior furniture and materials follow a sustainable, upcycled approach, reflecting Café Amazon’s commitment to the principles of a circular economy. Currently, Café Amazon has over 4,879 locations across 11 countries. Cambodia leads the way with 254 stores, and the Toul Kork Concept Store is the 254th. The PTT Station Neak Vorn, located in central Phnom Penh, serves as a flagship service station offering a comprehensive range of services.
