Soul, Sea and Sand: “Blues on the Beach” Returns to Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa with Spectacular Beachfront BBQ
Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa, the five-star resort on Thailand’s glittering gulf coast, is inviting guests to come together and experience an inspiring evening of fantastic food, stunning scenery, and soulful tunes this July, as its popular “Blues on the Beach” series returns to Hua Hin’s pure shores.
Staged on Saturday July 12th, “Blues on the Beach Vol. 3” will feature a sizzling seafront barbecue dinner, accompanied with live music from the FATBOY Band, the talented blues collective. This enchanting event will kick off at sunset, as couples, families and friends gather at the resort’s beach, where talented chefs will be cooking fresh local seafood and premium meats on a live charcoal grill.
Diners can choose from prime cuts of pork, chicken or seafood, ranging from international delights such as Spanish chorizo, German bratwurst, pork spare ribs, marinated chicken thighs, and New Zealand green mussels, to Thai delicacies including Esan sausage, Hua Hin squid, Thai river prawns, grilled pork neck, and more, all enlivened with a wide selection of sauces and condiments.
These chargrilled treats will be complemented by a full buffet dinner, including a Healthy Corner with crisp salads and dressings, a Deli Section with cured meats, cheeses, and salmon gravlax, plus succulent Seafood on Ice – Pacific oysters, jumbo mussels, and squid with plenty of condiments – handcrafted Sushi & Sashimi, Thai dishes, and a live Carving Station featuring whole baked sea bass, Australian lamb leg, crispy pork belly, and black pepper & mustard crusted Angus beef rump, perfectly paired with a choice of side dishes.
