นายรองฤทธิ์ ธรรมสถิต ผู้ช่วยประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กลุ่มงานพัฒนาธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ บริษัท สเตลล่า เอ็กซ์ จำกัด(มหาชน) หรือ STELLA เปิดเผยว่า เมื่อเดือนมีนาคมที่ผ่านมา บริษัทได้มีจัดซื้อที่ดินไว้แล้ว 1 แปลง ย่านฝั่งตะวันตกของกรุงเทพฯ และมีแผนการซื้อที่สำหรับพัฒนาโครงการเพื่อขายในปีนี้อีก 3 แปลง เพื่อพัฒนาโครงการที่อยู่อาศัยโดยเฉพาะบ้านเดี่ยวและทาวน์โฮม ที่มีฟังก์ชันเพื่อการอยู่อาศัยครบทุกความต้องการสำหรับลูกค้าในปัจจุบัน ตรงกับแนวทางของบริษัท พื้นที่เพื่อความสุขในวันนี้และตลอดไป
การลงทุนในที่ดินครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญของบริษัทในการสร้างความมั่นคงด้านสินทรัพย์ และแสดงให้เห็นกระบวนการดำเนินธุรกิจพัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่โปร่งใส ตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ยังคงเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
นายรองฤทธิ์ ยังบอกอีกว่า บริษัทมีแผนเปิดโครงการรวมถึงการซื้อที่ดินให้ครบทั้ง 4 มุมเมือง เพื่อพัฒนาเป็นที่อยู่อาศัย ทั้งนี้ เห็นได้จากยอดขายของโครงการโนวา ลาดกระบัง ทะลุ 400 ล้านบาทใน 3 เดือนแรกที่เปิดตัว มียอดรับรู้รายได้จนถึงเดือนพฤษภาคมกว่า 120 ล้านบาท และยังมีแผนเปิดโครงการอีก 2 โครงการ ในชื่อแบรนด์ แอสตร้า และ โนวา ภายในปีนี้
นอกจากธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ถือเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของบริษัทแล้ว STELLA ยังได้มีการขยายการลงทุนไปยังธุรกิจที่มีแนวโน้มการเติบโตสูง โดยเริ่มต้นจาก Maga Projects ของบริษัทอย่าง “สเตลล่า โอโซน” (STELLA OZONE) ผ่านความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในส่วนของภาคธุรกิจบริการ ด้วยกลยุทธ “ Expand Happiness” ขยายพื้นที่ความสุขให้กับทุกคนในครอบครัว

นอกจากนี้ บริษัทมีแผนเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ STELLA 2/2568 มูลค่ารวม 300 ล้านบาท (รอบแรก 10-12 มิ.ย.68 และรอบที่สอง 24-26 มิ.ย.68) ให้กับผู้ลงทุนสถาบัน และผู้ลงทุนรายใหญ่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อระดมทุนเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการดำเนินโครงการในระยะกลางถึงระยะยาว ทั้งนี้ ในเดือนมีนาคมที่ผ่านมา บริษัทประสบความสำเร็จในการออกหุ้นกู้มูลค่ากว่า 300 ล้านบาท สะท้อนความเชื่อมั่นของนักลงทุนต่อการดำเนินงานของสเตลล่า และคาดว่าการออกหุ้นกู้ครั้งนี้จะได้รับการตอบรับที่ดีจากนักลงทุน เนื่องจากสถานะทางการเงินของบริษัทยังคงแข็งแกร่ง มีประวัติการดำเนินงานที่โปร่งใส และสร้างผลตอบแทนที่มั่นคงมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง นับเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้ธุรกิจสามารถทำกำไรได้ดีขึ้น และสร้างความสมดุลด้านรายได้ให้กับองค์กร

Stella Announces Business Plan Close The Deal to Buy a Large Plot of Land, Prepare to buy More Land Aiming to Expand The Real Estate Business
“Stella”, a leading real estate developer focusing on quality of life and sustainability, is moving forward with a strategic plan to expand its business and forward the concept of Space for tomorrow, preparing to issue debentures to raise funds to support the development of new projects for both residential and investment in the future.
Mr. Rongrit Thamsatit, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Real Estate Business Development Group, Stella X Public Company Limited or STELLA, revealed that in March, the company had purchased 1 plot of land on the western side of Bangkok and has a plan to purchase 3 more plots of land for sale this year to develop residential projects, especially single-detached houses and townhouses, with complete living functions for current customers, in line with the company’s approach to a space for happiness today and forever.
This land investment is an important step for the company in building asset stability and demonstrating transparent real estate development business processes that meet the needs of the continuously growing real estate market.
Mr. Rongrit also said that the company has a plan to open projects and purchase land in all 4 corners of the city to develop residential areas. This can be seen from the sales of the Nova Lat Krabang project, which exceeded 400 million baht in the first 3 months of its launch. There was revenue recognition until May of more than 120 million baht. There is also a plan to open 2 more projects under the brand names Astra and Nova within this year.
In addition to the real estate business, which is the company’s foundation, STELLA has also expanded its investment into businesses with high growth potential, starting with the company’s Mega Projects, “STELLA OZONE”, through collaboration with partners and experts in the service sector, using the strategy “Expand Happiness” to expand the area of happiness for everyone in the family.

In addition, the Company plans to offer STELLA 2/2568 debentures worth a total of 300 million baht (first round on June 10-12, 2025 and second round on June 24-26, 2025) to institutional investors and major investors with the objective of raising additional funds for medium to long-term project implementation. In March, the Company successfully issued debentures worth over 300 million baht, reflecting investors’ confidence in Stella’s operations. It is expected that this debenture issuance will be well-received by investors as the Company’s financial status remains strong, its history of transparent operations, and its continuous generation of stable returns. This opens up opportunities for the business to generate better profits and create a balance of income for the organization.
