ยฮอนด้า จำกัด ผู้ผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายรถจักรยานยนต์และเครื่องยนต์อเนกประสงค์ฮอนด้าในประเทศไทย ประกาศแต่งตั้ง มร. มาซายูกิ ฮามามัตสึ ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท ไทยฮอนด้า จำกัด คนใหม่ โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1เมษายน 2569เป็นต้นไป พร้อมเดินหน้าสร้างความแข็งแกร่งองค์กร และ ยกระดับความพึงพอใจรวมถึงประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดของลูกค้าในทุกทัชพอยต์
มร. มาซายูกิ ฮามามัตสึ เริ่มต้นเส้นทางการทำงานกับบริษัท ฮอนด้า มอเตอร์ จำกัด (Honda Motor Co., Ltd.) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ตั้งแต่ปี 2537 สะสมประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมรถจักรยานยนต์มากกว่า 32 ปี โดยก่อนมารับตำแหน่งที่ประเทศไทย เขาดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยรองเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร (Assistant Vice President) ประจำสำนักงานใหญ่ที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น มีบทบาทสำคัญในการกำกับดูแลธุรกิจรถจักรยานยนต์และผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องยนต์อเนกประสงค์ รวมถึงขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์ด้านยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าเพื่อวางรากฐานนวัตกรรมแห่งอนาคตให้กับฮอนด้าในระดับโลก
นอกจากนี้เขายังมีประสบการณ์บริหารงานในหลากหลายตลาดทั้งเอเชียและยุโรป ครอบคลุมโปรตุเกส สเปน สหราชอาณาจักร อินเดีย และออสเตรเลีย สะท้อนความเชี่ยวชาญรอบด้านทั้งด้านกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจ เทคโนโลยียานยนต์ และการบริหารองค์กรในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีการแข่งขันสูง
ซึ่งการเข้ามารับตำแหน่งในครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้กับไทยฮอนด้า สานต่อภารกิจต่อจาก มร. ยูอิจิ ชิมิซุ ประธานกรรมการบริหาร ที่ครบวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งไปเมื่อวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2569 ในการยกระดับความเชื่อมั่นทั้งในด้านคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ เทคโนโลยี และทิศทางธุรกิจในอนาคต ตลอดจนสร้างความไว้วางใจให้กับลูกค้าและพันธมิตร ตอกย้ำความเป็นผู้นำตลาดรถจักรยานยนต์ในประเทศไทยอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืนต่อไป
Thai Honda Appoints Mr. Masayuki Hamamatsu as New President to Lead the Organization Firmly Into the Future
Thai Honda Co., Ltd., the manufacturer and distributor of Honda motorcycles and power products in Thailand, has announced the appointment of Mr. Masayuki Hamamatsu as the new President of Thai Honda Co., Ltd., effective 1 April 2026. He is set to strengthen the organization and elevate customer satisfaction and experience across every touchpoint.
Mr. Masayuki Hamamatsu began his career with Honda Motor Co., Ltd. in Japan in 1994 and has accumulated over 32 years of experience in the motorcycle industry. Prior to assuming his position in Thailand, He has held key positions including General Manager and Assistant Vice President at Honda Motor Co., Ltd. headquarters in Japan. His primary responsibilities encompassed overseeing Motorcycle and Power Products Operations, as well as playing an instrumental role in driving electrification strategies, laying the groundwork for Honda’s future motorcycle innovations on a global scale.
Furthermore, he has spanning management roles across Asia and Europe, including Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, India, and Australia, all strategically important markets for Honda worldwide. Mr. Hamamatsu brings well-rounded expertise in business strategy, automotive technology development, and organizational management in highly competitive and diverse markets.
His appointment marks a significant step in reinforcing Thai Honda’s strength, as he takes over from Mr. Yuichi Shimizu, who completed his term as President on 31 March 2026. Mr. Hamamatsu will carry forward the mission of enhancing confidence in product quality, technology, and future business direction, while building trust with customers and partners to reaffirm Thai Honda’s position as the steadfast and sustainable leader of Thailand’s motorcycle market.
