เจิ้งโจว, จีน : มณฑลเหอหนานภาคกลางของจีน มีพื้นที่แห่งหนึ่งซึ่งเปี่ยมไปด้วยความคึกคักและโอกาสทางธุรกิจ คือเขตนำร่องทดลองเศรษฐกิจท่าอากาศยานเจิ้งโจว (Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone) เขตนี้เป็นพื้นที่นำร่องด้านเศรษฐกิจการบินแห่งแรกที่ได้รับอนุมัติจากคณะรัฐมนตรีจีนในปี 2556 และปัจจุบันได้กลายเป็นจุดสนใจสำหรับนักลงทุนจากทั่วโลก
เขตนี้มีจุดเด่นอยู่ที่ “การเชื่อมโยงท่าทั้ง 4” เป็นศูนย์กลางระดับโลก ประกอบด้วยท่าอากาศยาน สถานีรถไฟ ศูนย์ขนส่งทางถนน และท่าเรือ พร้อมเครือข่ายคมนาคมที่แผ่ขยายไปทุกทิศทาง ช่วยให้ธุรกิจสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับห่วงโซ่อุตสาหกรรมและห่วงโซ่อุปทานได้ทั่วโลก ทางฝ่ายงานพรรคและมวลชน ประจำเขตนำร่องทดลองเศรษฐกิจท่าอากาศยานเจิ้งโจว เปิดเผยว่า ปัจจุบันปริมาณการขนส่งสินค้าและไปรษณียภัณฑ์ของสนามบินเจิ้งโจวติด 40 อันดับแรกของโลก โดยมีเส้นทางขนส่งสินค้าเชื่อมโยง 28 ประเทศ และ 62 เมืองทั่วโลก ครอบคลุมเขตเศรษฐกิจสำคัญทั่วทุกมุมโลก ทั้งนี้ โซนปฏิบัติการฝั่งตะวันตกของศูนย์ท่าเรือบกนานาชาติได้ก่อสร้างเสร็จและเปิดใช้งานแล้ว ในฐานะศูนย์รวมรถไฟขนส่งสินค้าจีน-ยุโรประดับชาติเพียงแห่งเดียวในภาคกลางและตะวันออกของจีน และคาดการณ์ว่าภายในปี 2578 จะมีศักยภาพรองรับการกระจายสินค้าครอบคลุม “รถไฟ 10,000 ขบวนและสินค้า 10 ล้านตัน”
เขตนี้ตั้งเป้าพัฒนาเป็นศูนย์รวมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตชั้นสูงระดับโลก โดยมีทั้งคลัสเตอร์อุตสาหกรรมสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มูลค่าระดับล้านล้านที่นำโดยฟ็อกซ์คอนน์ (Foxconn) เอ็กซ์ฟิวชัน (xFusion) และลุงซัน (Loongson) อีกทั้งยังมีคลัสเตอร์อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์พลังงานใหม่มูลค่าแสนล้านที่นำโดยบีวายดี (BYD) สกายเวิร์ท (Skyworth) และจี๋ลี่ (Geely) รวมถึงคลัสเตอร์อุตสาหกรรมชีวการแพทย์มูลค่าแสนล้านที่มีศูนย์กลางอยู่ที่นครวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์จงหยวน (Zhongyuan Medical Science City) นอกจากนี้ โครงการศูนย์ประมวลผลขนาด 10000P ที่วางแผนและก่อสร้างโดยศูนย์การคำนวณอัจฉริยะที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในจีนตอนกลางกำลังจะเปิดดำเนินการเต็มรูปแบบในไตรมาสแรกนี้ ในขณะเดียวกัน เขตนี้ยังให้ความสำคัญกับอุตสาหกรรมเกิดใหม่เชิงยุทธศาสตร์ เช่น เทคโนโลยีดาวเทียมอวกาศ การจัดแสดงสินค้า และวัสดุนวัตกรรม พร้อมทั้งวางรากฐานสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต อาทิ เทคโนโลยีการกักเก็บพลังงานใหม่และปัญญาประดิษฐ์
ข้อมูลแสดงให้เห็นว่า นับตั้งแต่ก่อตั้งในปี 2555 นั้น โรงงานฟ็อกซ์คอนน์ที่เจิ้งโจวได้ผลิตสมาร์ตโฟนไปแล้วกว่า 1.2 พันล้านเครื่อง จนกลายเป็นฐานการผลิตอุปกรณ์อัจฉริยะที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก โดยเมื่อปีที่ผ่านมา ยอดการผลิตรถยนต์พลังงานใหม่ของบีวายดีพุ่งสูงแตะ 545,000 คัน เพิ่มขึ้นถึง 169.8% นอกจากนี้ สายการผลิตเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดของจีนยังตั้งอยู่ที่นี่ โดยมีมูลค่าการผลิตรวมต่อปีสูงถึง 4.95 หมื่นล้านหยวน เพิ่มขึ้น 75%

ZHENGZHOU , China : In central China’s Henan Province, there is an area brimming with business potential: the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone. The zone was the first aviation economic pilot zone approved by China’s State Council in 2013 and has now become a hotspot for investors from around the world.

The western operation zone of the International Dry Port Center has been completed and put into use, as the only national China-Europe freight train hub in central and eastern China. It is estimated that by 2035, it will have the capacity to handle the distribution of “10,000 trains and 10 million tons of goods”.
The area aims to develop into a world-class advanced manufacturing industry center, with a trillion-dollar electronic information industry cluster led by Foxconn, xFusion and Loongson, a trillion-dollar new energy automotive industry cluster led by BYD, Skyworth and Geely, and a trillion-dollar biomedical industry cluster centered around Zhongyuan Medical Science City. In addition, a 10,000P computing center project planned and constructed by the largest intelligent computing center in central China is set to be fully put into operation in the first quarter. In the meantime, the area will focus on strategic emerging industries, such as space satellite technology, display equipment and innovative materials, and lay a foundation for future industries such as new energy storage technology and artificial intelligence.
Data shows that since its establishment in 2012, Foxconn’s Zhengzhou plant has produced more than 1.2 billion smartphones, becoming the world’s largest intelligent equipment manufacturing base. Last year, BYD’s new energy vehicle output soared to 545,000 units, up 169.8 percent. China’s largest server production line is also located here, with an annual output value of 49.5 billion yuan, up 75 percent.
