ตามที่คณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติเห็นชอบการเพิ่มอัตราภาษีสรรพสามิตสินค้าน้ำมันดีเซลและน้ำมันเบนซินเพิ่มขึ้น 1 บาทต่อลิตร ตามกฎกระทรวงกำหนดพิกัดอัตราภาษีสรรพสามิต (ฉบับที่ 42) พ.ศ. 2568 กรมสรรพสามิตขอยืนยันว่า การปรับอัตราภาษีน้ำมันครั้งนี้ ไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อราคาขายปลีกน้ำมัน จึงไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อประชาชน
นางสาวกุลยา ตันติเตมิท อธิบดีกรมสรรพสามิต กล่าวว่า กรมสรรพสามิตได้เสนอคณะรัฐมนตรีเห็นชอบการปรับขึ้นอัตราภาษีสรรพสามิตน้ำมันดีเซลและน้ำมันเบนซิน 1 บาทต่อลิตร โดยในขณะเดียวกัน ก็ได้มีการพิจารณาปรับลดเงินนำส่งกองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงลง เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ราคาน้ำมันในตลาดโลกในปัจจุบันที่ปรับตัวลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่งผลให้สถานะของกองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงมีแนวโน้มปรับตัวดีขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นการปรับความสมดุลระหว่างการจัดเก็บรายได้ภาษีของรัฐและเงินของกองทุนน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงให้เหมาะสม
นางสาวกุลยาฯ กล่าวย้ำว่า กรมสรรพสามิตขอยืนยันว่า การปรับเพิ่มอัตราภาษีสรรพสามิตสินค้าน้ำมันดีเซลและเบนซินในครั้งนี้ ไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อราคาขายปลีกน้ำมันและไม่ก่อให้เกิดภาระค่าครองชีพของประชาชนแต่อย่างใด
Excise Department Confirms 1 Baht Excise tax Increase No Impact on Retail Oil Prices
As the Cabinet has approved an increase in the excise tax rate of diesel and gasoline by 1 baht per liter, according to the Ministerial Regulation on Excise Tax Rates (No. 42) B.E. 2568, the Excise Department would like to confirm that this adjustment in the oil tax rate will not affect the retail price of oil and will therefore not affect the public.
Ms. Kullaya Tantitemit, Director-General of the Excise Department, said that the Excise Department has proposed to the Cabinet to approve the increase in the excise tax rate of diesel and gasoline by 1 baht per liter. At the same time, it has considered reducing the amount sent to the Oil Fund due to the current situation of oil prices in the world market that have continuously decreased, resulting in the status of the Oil Fund tending to improve, which is an adjustment of the balance between the collection of state tax revenue and the money of the Oil Fund to be appropriate.
Ms. Kulya reiterated that the Excise Department would like to confirm that the increase in excise tax rates on diesel and gasoline products this time will not affect the retail price of oil and will not create any burden on the cost of living for the people.
