ตามที่กรมการขนส่งทางบกและผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มเรียกรถผ่านแอปพลิเคชันร่วมลงนามในบันทึกแสดงเจตจำนงความร่วมมือ “การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและการพัฒนามาตรฐานการให้บริการรถรับจ้างผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์” เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนมาตรการใหม่มีผลบังคับใช้ในวันที่ 1ตุลาคม 2569 Maxim ประเทศไทย เปิดตัวบริการให้คำปรึกษาออนไลน์ (Online Consultation) โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย สำหรับพาร์ตเนอร์คนขับปัจจุบันและผู้ที่สนใจสมัครขับรถกับแพลตฟอร์ม
บริการนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้พาร์ตเนอร์คนขับ และผู้ที่สนใจสมัครขับรถกับแพลตฟอร์มในการขอใบอนุญาตขับขี่สาธารณะ ซึ่งเป็นคุณสมบัติที่กฎหมายกำหนดสำหรับการให้บริการรถรับจ้างผ่านแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล โดยให้คำแนะนำในทุกขั้นตอนของการดำเนินการอย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และช่วยลดความยุ่งยากด้านเอกสารและกระบวนการต่าง ๆ
โดยบริการนี้ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร การเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็น การลงทะเบียนอบรมออนไลน์ของกรมการขนส่งทางบก การจองคิวผ่านระบบ Smart Queue การเตรียมตัวสอบ ตลอดจนการอัปเดตข้อมูลใบอนุญาตในแอปพลิเคชัน Taxsee Driver หลังได้รับใบอนุญาตแล้ว โดยทีมงานพร้อมให้คำแนะนำและตอบข้อซักถามในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการ
บริการดังกล่าวเปิดให้ใช้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ในวันจันทร์–ศุกร์ เวลา 09.00–18.00 น. ผ่านบัญชีทางการไลน์ (LINE Official Account) ทีมบริการลูกค้า (Call Center) และสำนักงาน Maxim ทุกสาขา รองรับทั้งพาร์ตเนอร์คนขับปัจจุบันและผู้ที่ต้องการสมัครเข้าร่วมแพลตฟอร์ม

Maxim Thailand Launches Free Online Consultation to Help Drivers Secure Public Licenses Before October 1 Deadline
Following the Department of Land Transport (DLT) and ride-hailing platform operators’ signing of a Memorandum of Intent (MOI) on “Legal Compliance and the Enhancement of Service Standards for Ride-Hailing Services on Electronic Platforms,” and in preparation for the new regulations taking effect on October 1, 2026, Maxim Thailand has launched a free online consultation service for all driver-partners and applicants.
The service helps drivers obtain a public driver’s license—a mandatory requirement for legally providing ride-hailing services on digital platforms—and guides them through every step of the application process quickly, accurately, and with minimal administrative burden.
The consultation covers the full cycle: eligibility checks, required documents, enrollment in the DLT online course, appointment booking via the Smart Queue system, exam preparation, and updating license information in the Taxsee Driver app after issuance. Support staff answer questions and accompany drivers at every stage.
The service is free and available on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. through the LINE Official Account, call center, and Maxim offices, for both current partners and those planning to join the platform.
