หนึ่งในไฮไลต์สำคัญที่ Royal Enfield เตรียมนำมาจัดแสดงครั้งแรกในประเทศไทยคือ Carolina Reaper รถคัสตอมที่สร้างขึ้นบนพื้นฐานของ Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 โดย Cheetah Custom Cycles สำนักแต่งจากโตเกียว นำโดย Toshiyuki Osawa ศิลปิน คัสตอมบิลเดอร์ กราฟิกดีไซเนอร์ ช่างแกะสลัก และหนึ่งในผู้ก่อตั้งงาน Flat Track “Have Fun” ซึ่งเขายังเป็นนักแข่ง Flat Track ด้วยตนเอง
Carolina Reaper เปิดตัวระดับโลกครั้งแรกในงาน Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2025 เป็นหนึ่งในงานคัสตอมมอเตอร์ไซค์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดของประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยงานสร้างคันนี้ถ่ายทอดแนวคิดที่ผสานความเรโทร และความโมเดิร์น สมรรถนะแบบรถแข่ง และศิลปะการคัสตอมเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากรถแข่ง American Flat Track และรถแข่งยุค 1970s ที่จริงจังในสมรรถนะ แต่ยังคงแฝงจิตวิญญาณอันสนุกสนาน
พื้นฐานของ Carolina Reaper คือ Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 โมเดิร์นโรดสเตอร์ระดับพรีเมียมของแบรนด์ ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเครื่องยนต์ Sherpa 450 สูบเดี่ยว DOHC ระบายความร้อนด้วยน้ำ ขนาด 452cc ใช้พื้นฐานเดียวกับ Himalayan 450 ทำให้ตัวรถกลายเป็นแพลตฟอร์มที่เหมาะสำหรับการต่อยอดความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในโลกคัสตอม

สำหรับประเทศไทย Royal Enfield ยังเตรียมนำเสนอ Urban Striker รถคัสตอมที่พัฒนาจาก Guerrilla 450 ปี 2026 ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่าง Royal Enfield และ Fairtex โดยตัวรถสะท้อนนิยามของสตรีทโรดสเตอร์ที่เฉียบคม ดุดัน และทรงพลัง
“Urban Striker” สะท้อนการผสานกันระหว่างจิตวิญญาณแบบ Guerrilla ของ Royal Enfield และ DNA นักสู้มวยไทยของ Fairtex โดยคำว่า “Urban” เชื่อมโยงตัวรถเข้ากับไลฟ์สไตล์คนเมืองยุคใหม่ ที่การเคลื่อนไหว สไตล์ และทัศนคติคือส่วนหนึ่งของตัวตน ขณะที่คำว่า “Striker” ถ่ายทอดแก่นแท้ของความแม่นยำ ความดุดัน และพลังที่ควบคุมได้ในแบบฉบับมวยไทย

For this year’s edition, Royal Enfield will present an immersive “Biker’s Living Room” experience — inviting visitors not only to admire motorcycles, but to step into the world of Royal Enfield custom culture through a curated line-up of seven custom motorcycles and interactive lifestyle experiences within the booth. Visitors can also enjoy exclusive Royal Enfield souvenirs including gift sets, T-shirts, and stickers throughout the event.
One of the key highlights this year is the showcase of two exclusive custom motorcycles: Carolina Reaper from Japan, making its debut appearance in Thailand, alongside Urban Striker, a one-of-a-kind cross-industry collaboration between Royal Enfield and Fairtex from Thailand. Together, these creations reflect Royal Enfield’s philosophy that motorcycles are far more than machines — they are a perfect canvas for riders to express their identity, creativity, and lifestyle.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet Yuichi Yoshizawa, a prominent Japanese custom builder and respected figure within the custom motorcycle scene, who will be joining the event to share his perspectives and passion for custom motorcycle craftsmanship.
Carolina Reaper: Guerrilla 450 Reimagined Through Tokyo’s Flat Track Spirit
One of the major highlights at this year’s show is Carolina Reaper, a custom motorcycle built on the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 platform by Tokyo-based custom workshop Cheetah Custom Cycles, led by Toshiyuki Osawa — artist, custom builder, graphic designer, engraver, and co-founder of the Flat Track event “Have Fun,” as well as an active Flat Track racer himself.
Carolina Reaper made its global debut at the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2025, one of Japan’s largest custom motorcycle events. The build blends retro and modern aesthetics, racing performance, and custom craftsmanship into a single machine inspired by American Flat Track racers and 1970s race bikes — serious in performance, yet playful in spirit.
The foundation of Carolina Reaper is the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, the brand’s premium modern roadster. Powered by the 452cc liquid-cooled DOHC single-cylinder Sherpa 450 engine shared with the Himalayan 450, the motorcycle serves as an ideal platform for creative reinterpretation.
A key highlight of the build lies in retaining the original frame while integrating a handcrafted rear subframe, newly fabricated aluminium bodywork, and a redesigned swingarm featuring brass-brazed construction. The rear suspension has also been converted into a direct-mount setup to further enhance adjustability and Flat Track-inspired riding dynamics.
Urban Striker: When Guerrilla Spirit Meets the Fighting DNA of Fairtex
Representing Thailand, Royal Enfield will also unveil Urban Striker, a custom motorcycle developed from Guerrilla 450 through a special collaboration between Royal Enfield and Fairtex. The motorcycle reflects the essence of a sharp, aggressive, and powerful street roadster
The name “Urban Striker” represents the fusion between Royal Enfield’s rebellious Guerrilla spirit and the fighting DNA of Fairtex Muay Thai. “Urban” connects the motorcycle with modern city lifestyles, where movement, style, and attitude become extensions of personal identity, while “Striker” embodies the precision, intensity, and controlled power associated with Muay Thai combat culture.
Urban Striker features a raw, street-focused aesthetic, highlighted by exclusive collaboration colourways and clip-on handlebars that create a more aggressive riding posture — inspired by the agility and focus of Muay Thai fighters. The motorcycle ultimately becomes a representation of both brands’ shared DNA through authenticity, intensity, and precision.
The Royal Enfield x Fairtex collaboration further extends into a premium collection inspired by the movement and fluidity of satin Muay Thai shorts as fighters prepare to enter the ring. The tank graphics capture both the elegance and intensity of Thailand’s national martial art, while the “Muay Thai” lettering proudly displayed across the fuel tank pays tribute to Thailand’s fighting heritage and Fairtex’s globally respected legacy.
A Custom Line-Up Reflecting Royal Enfield’s Custom Culture Identity
Beyond Carolina Reaper and Urban Striker, the Royal Enfield booth will also showcase a diverse range of custom motorcycles. The line-up includes the Hunter B.O.B Project based on the Hunter 350, Krishna by K-Speed based on the Classic 650, and FT 450, this year’s newest motorcycle for Slide School, built on the Guerrilla 450 platform.
